As a 1099 Producer, your primary focus is relationship-driven growth. You are not just selling a policy; you are providing a consultative solution. You will:
- Identify and secure new business across all lines (Personal & Commercial).
- Act as a trusted advisor, matching clients with the perfect coverage from our diverse carrier stable.
- Manage the full lifecycle of the client experience—from the initial quote and submission to binding and renewals.
- Maintain accurate records within our agency management system to ensure your book is organized and protected.
To succeed in this role, you will handle the technical execution of your sales, including:
- Preparing high-quality company submissions for new and renewal business.
- Reviewing applications and endorsements for precision.
- Processing ID cards, Evidence of Insurance, and COIs to keep your clients moving.
- Managing agency-billed premiums and following up on payments to ensure your commissions stay on track.
- Active Insurance License: FL 2-20 or Personal Lines Producer FL 20-44.
- The 1099 Mindset: You are a self-starter who does not need a micro-manager to hit your goals.
